What is the ESP9100?
The EXPERT range of computerised embroidery systems is manufactured in Japan by AISIN Seiko, a division of TOYOTA. The EXPERT ESP9100 is a 15 needle computerised embroidery machine which is used to embroider designs created in CAD software. 15 needles means that up to 15 colours can be sewn into the design in one operation. When combined with the huge sewing area, it is easy to appreciate the creative possibilities of this superb machine.


What about software?
The ESP9100 is compatible with Brother’s PE-DESIGN software. Alternatively, full commercial software is available. Please contact TechSoft to discuss your requirements prior to purchase.

In either case, embroidery designs can be saved from the PC and opened on the machine, using the USB ports.

How easy is it to use?
Because it has been primarily designed for a commercial embroiderer, for whom time equals money, everything on the ESP9100 has been made to be as quick and simple as possible to do. Therefore it is ideal for the educational user and would even suit someone without an embroidery background.


What’s included with the ESP9100?
When an educational establishment purchases the ESP9100 from TechSoft they receive an educational package which includes:

Hoop Kit
A comprehensive range of embroidery hoops. These will normally be sufficient for even the most demanding educational user.

Cap Frame
Embroider on a range of baseball and children’s caps with this very useful attachment.

Beam Sensor
As safety is such an important factor with any CNC machine, the ESP9100 is supplied as standard with a beam sensor unit. This will stop the machine automatically should anyone break the beam across the front of the needles.

So why buy an ESP9100?
The EXPERT ESP9100 is a superb professional machine which is still user friendly and safe to use. If you want your students to have access to high quality professional equipment, but at a realistic cost, then the ESP9100 is the way to go.

The ESP9100 is particularly suited for use in CLCs and other educational centres where its large embroidery area and speed make it a real asset.

Of course, the ESP9100 is also ideal for personalising school sports kits or for use with mini-enterprise activities, and can even be made to pay for itself!
