The EGX PRO range contains Roland’s flagship industrial engravers/routers. They are large format, ultra high speed machines with a range of high-tech, industry-first features.

The drive system uses AC servo brushless motors for unerring precision and reliability. It also features Feed Forward Processing. This is an advanced controller technology which anticipates tool movement to eliminate processor lag in operation.

Another advanced system is automatic surface protection which senses when the tip of the nose guard touches the material. This makes accurate setting up exceptionally quick and simple.

A removable precision tee slot table allows for even engraving, but it can easily be removed for working with larger materials.

There are two machines in the range, the EGX-400 with a large 407 x 305 x 42.5mm machining envelope, and the EGX-600 with an even more impressive 610 x 407 x 42.5mm.

The precision high speed spindle allows unusually low levels of vibration and high torque levels for superb quality cutting and engraving.

The machines are simple to set-up and operate, and come with a full suite of engraving software (of course 2D Design V2 is also ideal).
